Four decades inside corporate pressure. A body-led approach to performing differently.

I understand the corporate world because I lived in it for forty years.

Why I do this work

My career in leadership and international business development took me across 11 countries. Ambitious targets, constant change, complex relationships, cultural pressure and the expectation to keep performing regardless of what was happening beneath the surface. I know that world well.

I also know how easily capable people learn to override their bodies. You dismiss the warning signs and keep pushing, because that's what has always worked.

That became my own reality. A horse accident and a fractured skull changed my relationship with pain and recovery early on. Then, for years, I didn't listen closely enough to what my body was telling me. Eventually my mobility deteriorated to the point where I spent two and a half years on crutches.

Preparing for a double hip replacement took far more than waiting for a surgery date. I spent eight months preparing my mind and body through movement, breathwork, meditation, physical therapy and nutrition. My surgeon judged that I had the mindset, motivation and stamina to have both hips replaced in a single operation. My recovery progressed faster than expected.

The lesson wasn't that positive thinking fixes things. It was that the body responds when it's given the right conditions, consistent support and an active role in the process.

That's what I bring back into the workplace now: forty years of corporate reality, a recovery I had to earn, and professional training in fascia manoeuvres, breathwork, HeartMath and body-based practice. It adds up to something practical enough to survive a real working day.

The principle underneath all of it: performance should not cost people their health.

What I believe

When the body settles, clarity returns. Energy restores. Relationships soften. Performance becomes sustainable.

You don't need fixing. You need the right support - delivered with care and precision.

How the work comes together

I combine nervous system science, somatic practices, emotional awareness, Human Garage, HeartMath, 9D breathwork, biomagnetism and body-led coaching into one integrated approach.

I don't treat symptoms in isolation. I support people and organisations to restore coherence - physically, emotionally and energetically - helping them move out of constant stress responses and into a more regulated, responsive way of living and working.

This is about releasing what's stuck, reconnecting with the body's intelligence, and reshaping life from the inside out.

Three pillars of the work

Release

Working with the body to unwind built-up tension, emotion and stress - so your system can let go of what it has been carrying.

Reset

Helping your nervous system slow down and settle - so your body and mind can move out of constant stress and return to a calmer state.

Recalibrate

Introducing simple, repeatable practices you can use in everyday life - so your body and mind maintain a more balanced, resilient baseline over time.

Why I do this

My mission is simple: to help people return to themselves before stress becomes the place they live from.

I support individuals and teams to find more steadiness, choice and ease in the body - using wellbeing tools and coaching that are practical, body-led and built to fit real life.

What it's like to work with me

The work is careful, precise and human. I listen for the patterns the mind explains and the body is still carrying.

Sessions are not about forcing a breakthrough. They are about creating the conditions for release, regulation and reconnection to happen at a pace the body can integrate.

  • Practical enough for corporate life.
  • Sensitive enough for deep personal work.
  • Grounded enough to create change you can feel.
